Market Expansion Program
NJ LECET’s proprietary custom project tracking program, MEP is designed to search for and track construction projects for Laborers. MEP also serves as a unique project lead service for LIUNA Signatory Contractors. This innovative program is available as an online program and a mobile app in iOS and Android formats.

Safety and Health Assistance
The New Jersey Laborers Health and Safety Fund is built around the common interests of LIUNA members and their signatory employers. We are dedicated to enhancing the jobsite safety of LIUNA members, bolstering the health of Laborers and their families and boosting the competitiveness of LIUNA signatory employers. We offer a host of programs and services.
- Performing jobsite safety consultations to identify hazards and recommend solutions
- Developing site- and company-specific safety programs to ensure worker safety and help signatory contractors meet bid specifications.
- Can conduct Toolbox Talks for all of your employees or we can provide you the materials to do it yourself.
- We are also proud to advocate on behalf of our members and contractors on the state, federal, and local levels. We maintain relationships with OSHA, NIOSH, state regulatory agencies, our contractor associations and more. Also, though our Laborers Health and Safety Fund of North America, we can access a national network of industry professionals and experts.
